Your Olympus Portable Extractor is designed and built to give you years of reliable service.Please first consult your Olympus Owner’s Manual to ensure that all operating and maintenance instructions have been followed. If the problem persists, please review the “Troubleshooting” section in the Owner’s Manual to diagnose and correct the problem. If you are unable to eliminate the problem, contact either your distributor or Hydro-Force directly for assistance.

Hydro-Force warrants the Olympus Portable M200 Extractor to be free of defects in material and workmanship. This warranty shall extend for one year from the date of purchase (5 years on all rotationally molded parts, consisting of the body and solution & waste tanks). During the warranty period, Hydro-Force will, at its option, repair or replace components which prove to be defective. This warranty does not provide for replacement of complete units due to defective components. Any costs for transportation or related service labor are not covered in this warranty. Replacement parts are warranted only for the remainder of the original warranty period. READ MORE
