VIPER GROUT & CONCRETE SEALER
Viper Grout & Concrete Sealer utilizes a unique new formula to achieve all the benefits of solvent-based grout sealers in a water-based product! It resists soils, stains, chemical degradation, biological growth and even efflorescence and offers excellent oil and water repellency and hold-out. And yet, grout sealer is vapor permeable so it lets water vapor out but doesn’t let liquid water in!
Viper Grout & Concrete Sealer is a very affordable product that is outstanding on grout and can also be used on any porous tile such as quarry or Saltillo. It provides exceptional protection at a price point you and your customers will love.

Directions:
Cleaning is necessary. Surface must be cleaned and thoroughly rinsed. The drier the grout and floor surface the better the penetration. Make sure that there are no puddles in grout lines and use air movers to speed the drying of the floor surface and grout lines before application.
Dilution Instructions
Do not dilute; ready to use. Coverage should be between 600 to 1200 sq. ft. per gallon depending on the porosity of the surfaces and the coverage required (grout only or entire surface).
Application Methods
Apply to grout lines. When dry (typically 1 to 2 hours) if there is a visual residue on tiles, then wipe off with hot water. For entire floor application, apply sealer with choice of applicator. A second coat may be necessary after 1 hour. Place drop of sealer on newly sealed grout or floor surface and see if it absorbs into grout or floor surface. If it does absorb readily, then a second coat is necessary. Test for suitability in an inconspicuous area, especially for polished marble and extremely porous surfaces.
Post Application Precautions
Floor is typically walkable in 3 to 4 hours, ready for use after 8 to 12 hours, and completely cured in 24 hours. These times will be less if only grout was sealed. After 6 to 18 months, reapplication may be necessary, depending upon the traffic and the type of surface sealed.
